The location of the hotel is ideal, with stunning views of the promenade and beach. Being close to a good pub that serves food and the main high street is also a great advantage. the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
There was some noise from the upstairs flat in the evening.

My stay at Sea View 3 Promenade Villa was absolutely worth the money. The room was fantastic, with a delightful sea view and well-equipped amenities. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the beach and local facilities. The staff treated us with great care and made our stay memorable.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

We appreciated the thoughtful touches like having milk, juice, tea, and coffee supplies provided. The surrounding area of Sheringham had plenty of amenities and dining options within walking distance. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

We had an exceptional Christmas stay! the location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to all the town facilities. We enjoyed the easy access to pubs, shops, and the lovely four-mile coastal walk to the neighboring village. the accommodation was cozy and warm, with everything we needed in the kitchen.
Our only complaint was the noise from upstairs. We had noisy neighbors who were disruptive with their partying and music from an early hour.
